This completely newly built wooden house accommodates two holiday residences.
You live in the right half of the house. The house is optimally insulated, breathable and 100% natural and is equipped with underfloor heating.
The holiday home is luxurious and equipped with many extras and offers enough space for eight people.
On the ground floor is the living room with a cozy sitting area with a wood stove (soapstone).
In the luxurious open kitchen there is a large dining table with comfortable chairs that guarantee a cozy meal! The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, with the nostalgic oven being the focal point.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a guest toilet, a heated ski room, a luxurious bathroom with bath, large walk-in shower, sink and toilet and a sauna.
On the upper floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The bedrooms have luxurious box-spring beds and a spacious wardrobe.
A very nice detail on the upper floor is the gallery with lots of glass, so you have a nice view from there too.
From the whole house you have a beautiful view of the surroundings.
In front of the house there is a south-facing terrace with garden furniture.
This terrace can be reached from the living room/kitchen.
At the back of the house there is another terrace, the large garden with a play/climbing house for children and a carport for the car.
The rear of the spacious property borders an idyllic creek with a terrace where you can also sit.
The holiday home is located at the foot of the new 8-seater chairlift K1.
The ski slopes are on your doorstep and are ideal for beginners and children.
Willingen has a total of 25 ski lifts (7 of which are illuminated), all of which are interconnected.
Several restaurants as well as the ski rental and the ski school can be reached on foot.
The center of Willingen and 2 supermarkets can be reached in a 10-minute walk.
In a short distance you will find various (tourist) activities, such as a tennis court, archery, the glassworks, a bowling alley, a go-kart track and the summer toboggan run.
If you prefer to go for a walk, you can walk towards the Sonnenhang and choose one of the hiking trails.
It's wonderful to come home to this house after a long walk or a day in the snow.

Haus hatte einen top Ausstattung und eine super Lage. Auf kurzem Wege ist die Seilbahn zu erreichen und ebenfalls die Stadt. Auch eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist direkt um die Ecke.
Der Vermieter war super freundlich und immer aufgeschlossen gegenüber Anfragen und hatte immer einen Lösung für kleinere Probleme parat. Ein super Aufenthalt !

Ett härligt trähus som känns både mysigt och lyxigt, Golvvärmen var en trevlig detalj under vår vintervistelse, Vi njöt också av att utforska Willingen, med sina charmiga butiker och restauranger bara en kort promenad bort
